Grimslath
The true meaning of Christmas brought to you by Ice Howl... indentured servitude, big bellies and dragon slaying. Destined to be a festive classic! 😆
Enjoy these two versions of this future Christmas Classic Heavy Metal Song! I wrote and recorded this song just before and after I was diagnosed with Covid-19. Once I got sick I was too sick to sing on the track, so I decided to release an instrumental version of this song. Once I got better I was in good enough shape to sing. That's why there are two versions of this song! Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
lyrics
Sit back and behold,
an untold tale from the north.
The lord in red that we all know,
was the best swordsman in the world.
The cold and barren wasteland,
was once in inhabited,
by bloodthirsty elves and creatures from hell,
until a man named Santa came along.
He brought his reindeer,
some positive vibes and some Christmas cheer.
Raise you glass and toast to his beard.
Hark the angels sing,
the man with the big bell,
and the gifts that he will bring,
to children on Christmas eve.
He enslaved those bastard elves,
to ensure toys are on the shelves,
so that all the people will sing
his name for eternity.
Who knows what the future will hold,
when Santa Claus gets old and bored.
You can only be the lord for so long,
before the fire burns out in the north.
But wait...there is a dragon,
who needs some slayin.
Santa beats his ass and then he thought,
what if he did this more often.
He used some magic,
some peppermint pies and some pumpkin spice,
and that's how dragons came back to life.
Hark the angels sing,
the man with the big bell,
and the gifts that he will bring,
to children on Christmas eve.
He enslaved those bastard elves,
to ensure toys are on the shelves,
so that all the people will sing
his name for eternity.
Hark the angels sing,
the man with the big bell,
and the gifts that he will bring,
to children on Christmas eve.
He enslaved those bastard elves,
to ensure toys are on the shelves,
so that all the people will sing
his name for eternity.
